Who we are. FlashSplash is operated from Montréal, Québec. Questions about your personal information: privacy@flashsplash.ca. This address reaches the person responsible for the protection of personal information under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

What we collect. Your email address when you start a site; the property address, photos and text you provide for the site; payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see your card number); and, if you attach a form to your site, the name, email, phone and message a visitor sends you.

Why. To build and host your site, register its domain, send you visitor messages, and tell you before the site expires. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it. Amazon Web Services (hosting, in Canada where available), Stripe (payments), and the domain registry for the .com you choose. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

How long. Draft sites you never finish are deleted after 30 days. Live sites and their visitor messages are kept for the life of the site plus 90 days, then deleted. Email signups are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing the address above. We answer within 30 days.
